Can't choose just one — it's a tie between Psychology and Technology. I love reading, writing and thinking about human nature, behaviour, and the science behind why we do what we do. On the flip side, I'm obsessed with AI and smartphones. My YouTube feed is literally half psychology, half tech.

Lately, I've been thinking a lot about the impact of taking breaks in our lives. We are all so indulged in our daily lives and routines. Our work, our friends, our family. The daily hustle and bustle of life — plus add to this the fact that we are living in an era of distractions.
And that's where breaks come in.
Whenever we take a break from our daily lives, we get an opportunity to see the big picture. This moment of pause offers us an opportunity to zoom out — to gauge where we stand, and to course-correct if needed.
Which is so important. Frequent, uncluttered reflections.
It's sort of like getting a bird's-eye view — zooming out on life and reflecting! That's why I love my time on flights so much — because it offers exactly this: a break and a disconnect from the world to get that bird's-eye view (literally and metaphorically!).
And it is in these moments that the most creative and most impactful ideas surface. Because our brain is "freed" from thinking about the things that it is used to every day. Thoughts and ideas that were submerged by the daily chaos finally start to come to the surface.
Breaks make me feel so free, so creative, so productive, and relaxed — all at the same time!
